Our approach to the issue of sub fertility or infertility is in a clear step wise manner to avoid unnecessary or unproven testing or treatments.

We also provide his and hers assessment to determine any underlining fertility issues that may be the cause of infertility. Careful history taking

  • Sexual history
  • Menstrual history
  • Pregnancy history.
  • Medical and surgical history

Investigations

  • Smear test – if required
  • Day 2-4 hormone profile (LH,FSH,E2, Prolactin, T4 TSH)
  • Self-testing for ovulation- Urine LH tests
  • Mid-luteal (Day 21 ) Progesterone Level

Male partner investigations

  • Semen analysis
