What conditions do you treat?
Physiotherapists treat a wide range of conditions such as joint pain, back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, mobility, sport injuries and more.
Do I need a referral from a Doctor?
No, you can make an appointment without a referral from your Doctor.
Am I covered by private health insurance?
As Chartered Physiotherapists, we are recognised by all major insurance companies. The amount that you can claim depends on your plan. Treatments are also tax deductible via Med – 1 form.
How long does a session last?
It takes approximately 45 minutes to realistically complete a comprehensive and effective session.
Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?
Please bring any relevant scans/reports/letters with you or email them to physio@tkp.ie
What should you wear?
You should wear some clothes that are loose-fitting and easy to move in. If your problem is from the hip down, a pair of shorts would be ideal. If you have a shoulder problem, a sports top or vest would be ideal so that your physio can see the shoulder joint.
