Careful history taking
- Sexual history
- Menstrual history
- Pregnancy history.
- Medical and surgical history
- Smear test – if required
- Day 2-4 hormone profile (LH,FSH,E2, Prolactin, T4 TSH)
- Self-testing for ovulation- Urine LH tests
- Mid-luteal (Day 21 ) Progesterone Level
